negoro tea container, yakkki/chakki type, momoyama period ex-coll. kirbach-Kress. Ref: Negoro: efflorescence of Medieval Japanese Lacquerware at the Miho Museum 

e-karatsu tea bowl, design of reeds and grasses. . iron brown underglaze some kairagi at the base. This bowl was made in kyushu (southern japan) by a korean potter. late 16c.

Bamboo vase  (Hanaire) signed in ink  Ryoan kashi Ki and Kao.Made by Kishuso (1616 - 1696).                    Kishuso was a monk and tea master in the Daishu-an subtemple of Ryoanji in Kyoto. He studied under the famous tea master Sen Sotan.
